• All orders are shipped through UPS.

• When completing an order, customer needs to include shipping address and phone number.

• We need to know if shipping location is a commercial or residential address.

• After the order is received, we will process the shipment to include shipping cost.  Then we email or phone customer with the shipping cost.  If customer agrees, we call to take payment over the phone.

• Once payment is received, we ship. If order is processed before 3pm CST, the package will go out same day.
